Our one rule for employers
Paying never hides, removes or reorders a review.
- No plan, contract or request changes what employees write, where a review appears or how ratings are worked out.
- You can report a review that breaks our guidelines, like anyone else. A moderator decides with the same rules for everyone.
- Plans pay for tools: analytics, benchmarks, surveys and job posts. Never for outcomes.

Questions employers ask
Is it free to claim our page?
Yes. The Free plan lets you reply to reviews, keep your profile and photos up to date and post up to 2 live jobs. It never expires.
Can we remove or hide a negative review?
No. Paying never hides, removes or reorders a review. If a review breaks our guidelines, for example it names a person or shares confidential business information, report it like anyone else can. A moderator decides with the same rules for everyone. You can always reply in public.
Can we find out who wrote a review?
No. Contribution records do not hold a name, phone number or account id, so we cannot tell you, and nobody at BeforeJob will try. Reviews show only a badge such as "Verified current employee, 1 to 3 years" and a month and year.
Who should claim our page?
Someone in HR, talent acquisition, employer brand or leadership, with a work email on the company's own domain. The first person we approve becomes the owner. Colleagues who claim later join the page team as members.
What if BeforeJob does not know our email domain?
You can still claim with your work address on your company's own domain. A person checks these claims more closely, still within 1 working day. Personal addresses such as Gmail or Outlook cannot be used.
Can we ask our employees to write reviews?
Yes, you can share your page with your team. Everyone who writes has to verify that they work or worked at the company, and their review stays anonymous. Do not offer rewards for reviews or ask only happy employees, because that breaks our guidelines.
What do pulse survey results show us?
Totals and averages for each question, never single answers. Results appear only once at least 5 people have answered, so no answer can be traced to a person.
How do Growth and Enterprise work?
Pricing depends on the size of your company. Claim your free page first, then ask for a plan from the Plan tab in your employer console and our team will get in touch. Changing plans never changes your reviews or ratings.
